Where is my order coming from?

All orders are packed with care & shipped from California!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I currently ship to Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand & Signapore. Prepaid duties & taxes are collected and applied in your shipping costs to ensure easy transit of your order! No need to worry when your order arrives in your country.

I don't currently ship to all countries on my site but if you are interested in ordering from another country not listed above, please shop on my Etsy shop! https://www.etsy.com/shop/OnMyDaysOffStudio

Do you offer free shipping?

Get automatic free shipping on all orders over $50.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on your location & weight of your package. Everything is shipped with USPS or UPS for international orders. These will be shipped with tracking numbers.

For sticker only orders, I do offer untracked free shipping using stamps and sending as a letter mail. This is up to your discretion to opt into. Please note I am not responsible for any lost orders in this method.

When will I get my order?

The typical processing time is 1-3 days but if we are experiencing a large volume of orders, it can take up to 7 days.

Home Goods are made to order and will take 3-5 days to make.

Once shipped, it can take up to 2-7 days to arrive depending on our location & shipping method chosen. I always do my best to get it out ASAP.

How often do you launch new products?

New products are released 1-2x a month. Follow along on Instagram or TikTok for updates!

Do you offer promotions?

Yes! Sign up to stay in the loop with emails on any sales or promotions coming up. See the form at the bottom of the website.

What if my order arrived damaged?

If your order was damaged during shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out via email - onmydaysoff.studio@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the item you received and describe any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Accidents happen, so if something was purchased by mistake, please fill out the contact form right away. Once the item is processed, no changes can be made.
